Business development built around the right relationships.
I work with business owners, executives, and professional referral partners to identify employer-focused opportunities, connect the right people, and help move qualified conversations forward.
What that means in practice
A simple role: find the fit, make the connection, follow through.
Employer conversations
I speak directly with owners and decision-makers to understand whether a represented solution may be relevant to their organization.
Initial qualification
I help determine whether the opportunity appears worth reviewing before involving additional people.
Specialist coordination
When there is a potential fit, I connect the employer with the appropriate provider or specialist who can explain the actual program and details.
Relationship follow-through
I remain available as the conversation develops and help keep the process moving between the employer, referral partner, and specialist.
Employer benefit opportunities worth a closer look.
I currently work with employer-focused solutions designed to create value for businesses and their employees. Rather than overload a decision-maker with marketing claims, I start with the basics and bring in the appropriate specialist when a closer review makes sense.
If you want to know what I currently represent and whether it could apply to your organization, email me directly and I’ll give you the high-level overview.
What the first conversation covers
Enough information to determine whether a deeper review is worth your time. It is not a hard sell.
Bring another option to your clients without giving up the relationship you built.
I work with professional firms that already have trusted employer relationships and want to introduce an additional opportunity without replacing the service or advisory role they already provide.
If a client may be a fit, I can handle the initial conversation, coordinate the specialist introduction, and help move the opportunity forward. You continue serving the client in your existing role.
If the relationship works well, the goal is to build something repeatable rather than rely on a one-off referral.
A relationship-first approach shaped by service, accountability, and follow-through.
Before entering business development, I served in the United States Air Force in Security Forces, including an overseas deployment. That experience shaped how I approach professional relationships: communicate clearly, be accountable, and follow through when people are relying on you.
After leaving the Air Force, I continued my education in business and am completing my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at California Baptist University, with graduation expected in December 2026.
I started Spann Solution because I enjoy the relationship side of business, finding worthwhile opportunities, connecting the right people, and building partnerships that can create value for both sides.
Have a business offering that may fit the employers I work with?
I am open to hearing from companies with established products, services, or programs that create genuine value for employers. If you want Spann Solution to consider a referral or business-development relationship, send me a brief overview of your company, what you offer, who it is designed for, and the relationship you have in mind.
I am selective about the companies and solutions I represent. The fit needs to make sense for the employers and professional partners I work with.
Want to know what I currently offer or discuss a referral relationship?
Send me a short note about your business or client situation and I’ll let you know whether it looks worth discussing.
